Terms of Service

Agreement. By using www.wyldevision.com or engaging WyldeVision, LLC for services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are governed by a written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Services & pricing. Published prices are introductory rates for new clients and may change for future engagements; your active plan rate is honored for the life of the plan. Monthly plans are month to month unless otherwise agreed. The Starter Site Package covers the scope listed on our pricing page; additional scope is quoted separately. Third-party costs (hosting, domains, ad spend) are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

Client responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of content and materials you provide and confirm you have rights to any assets you supply.

Intellectual property. Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. WyldeVision retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Results. We work to clear goals and report honestly. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors; we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WyldeVision's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
